Diagonal, 547 08029 Barcelona Telf.: 93 290 11 02	The AXA Convention Centre is a part of an enormous complex located on the main artery of Barcelona that integrates a shopping centre, two hotels, 48.000 m² of offices, a parking lot, two schools, a sport centre and a public park. City communications are excellent and access from Barcelona’s Airport and Sants Station is very quick. The avant-garde design and construction quality emerge from each and every detail of the building, turning the l’ILLA complex into an emblematic reference of the city. This setting of such great character becomes the most adequate to develop activities as conventions, congresses, assemblies, presentations, debates or concerts; the advanced technologies are the secret of its versatility. The entire capacity it’s up to 621 people, comfortably seated on stalls (326) and amphitheatre (295), both with optimum view of the stage from all angles. It also has a reserved area for handicapped people. The large extent of the lobby is very useful for accommodating exhibitions and very adequate for offering catering services during pauses or closing ceremonies of these events, in a modern and diaphanous space. There is also a cosy restaurant area on the ground floor that can perfectly accommodate commercial exhibitions or restaurant services up to 270 guests. As a whole, it is more than an auditorium: it is an infrastructure designed to offer quality, flexibility and integral attention through its wide range of services.

REGISTRATION FEES

This is a three-day course with two types of fees, one for specialist physicians and another one for resident physicians:

The fees correspond to the three days of the BHM'14 course:
- Monday, November 3rd, full day,
- Tuesday, November 4th, full day,
- and Wednesday, November 5th, half day.
The registration fees include: attendance at the sessions, course documentation, coffee (5) and hors d'oeuvre-style working lunches (2), and a certificate of attendance.
These fees do not include VAT.

The prices that of these fees vary depending on the registration date:

Up until September 5th	450.- euros	350.- euros
On-site	500.- euros	375.- euros

To confirm the status of resident physician a letter from the Chief of Service of the hospital must be attached.

PLEASE NOTE:

No registration will be confirmed without the corresponding proof of payment.
It is mandatory to be registered in order to be able to gain access the event.
For security reasons, anyone who is not duly authorised by the organisation will not be permitted to access the venue.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
