REGISTRATION FEES

This is a three-day course with two different fee options:

• a fee for the full three days of the BHM '12 Course (from Monday, June 25th to Wednesday, June 27th), o
• a one-day fee (Monday, June 25th) for the Update Course in Hip Pathology

The prices of these options depend on when you register:

• By April 26th
• By May 26th
• May 27th or later (including on-site)
